Whole wheat olive oil strawberry muffins

These muffins are actually healthy and delicious! If you love strawberries then you’ll like these, they’re light in taste with a sweetness from the strawberries and a depth from the olive oil.


What you’ll need:
1.8 cups of whole wheat flour
1 cup olive oil
1 cup sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp of salt
2 eggs
1 cup of chopped strawberries


First preheat your oven to 350 and line your muffin trays.

Next, mix together all the dry ingredients, then add in the wet.


Fold in the strawberries.


Pour the mixture into the muffin tins and bake for 30 mins.
